What We Do — From One Board to Volume Production

Modern manufacturing experience, applied to your design.

Complex boards need clear specifications, capable manufacturing processes and a team that takes responsibility for the result. Since 2008, AstroPCB has brought together disciplined factory management and a broad manufacturing network to match each design with the right capabilities, provide an informed quotation and manage the order through delivery.

Advanced PCB and PCBA Manufacturing

We focus on complex constructions, including HDI, RF and microwave, rigid-flex and dense multilayer boards. From bare board fabrication to component sourcing and surface mount assembly, you work with one accountable manufacturing partner.

Order from One Piece

Start with a single prototype and scale to volume production with consistent process controls and engineering support. We maintain continuity between prototype and production builds to make the transition straightforward.

Written Engineering Review Before Production

Every order receives a written design for manufacturability (DFM) review before production begins. We assess impedance targets, stackup feasibility, material availability and manufacturing constraints, and return our findings in writing.

Manufacturing Capabilities

PCB Fabrication

From standard multilayer boards to advanced HDI, any-layer HDI, rigid-flex and RF/microwave constructions, our factory network supports a broad range of materials and manufacturing processes.

Complete PCBA Assembly

Component sourcing, surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole assembly and testing provide a coordinated path from bare board to assembled product.

Inspection and Verification

Automated optical inspection (AOI), electrical testing, impedance verification and microsection analysis are available for applicable orders.

Prototypes and Volume Production

Order a single board or plan a production run. Consistent process controls support quality as your order volume grows.

Production and Inspection Equipment

Our partner factories run automated lines for every stage of PCB fabrication, from LDI imaging and CNC drilling to vacuum lamination, VCP electroplating and surface finishing. Finished boards pass automatic visual inspection, electrical testing and X-ray inspection before shipment.

PCB imaging and machining equipment: automatic coating machine, LDI automatic exposure machine, CCD target drilling, edge trimming, CNC routing and beveling machines
Imaging, drilling and routing
PCB lamination equipment: vacuum laminating press, lamination reflow line, fusion bonding machine, PP sheet cutting, legend inkjet printer and tunnel oven
Lamination and legend printing
PCB drilling and surface finish equipment: CNC drilling machines, CCD exposure, solder mask developing, VCP gold plating, HASL and nickel-gold plating lines
Drilling, plating and surface finish
PCB electroplating equipment: automatic VCP line, pulse electroplating line, pretreatment line, V-CUT machine, AOI repair station and target drilling machine
Electroplating and V-cut
PCB inspection and test equipment: automatic visual inspection, X-ray inspection, flying probe and universal test machines, 2D measuring, hole inspection and environmental chamber
