AstroPCB ships custom-manufactured PCBs worldwide. This policy explains our shipping methods, costs, timelines, and your responsibilities.
Manufacturing Time

Lead times begin after order confirmation, payment, and Gerber file approval.

Transit times are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include manufacturing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier selection. Exact costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order. No hidden fees.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed at checkout. We provide accurate commercial invoices with HS Code 8534.00 for customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent via email. Track your package on the carrier’s website or in your AstroPCB account dashboard.
Restricted Countries
We cannot ship to countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit
Report within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund per our Refund Policy.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no updates for 15+ business days, contact us. If confirmed lost, we reship or refund at our cost.
