Bare board manufacturing from 1 to 40+ layers on standard and specialty materials. Capabilities include HDI with sequential lamination, rigid-flex, RF boards on Rogers and PTFE, heavy copper, metal core, ceramic substrates and controlled impedance. Prototype quantities ship in 3-7 business days. Production orders ship on agreed schedules with optimized panelization.

PCB Assembly
SMT, through-hole and mixed-technology assembly with turnkey component sourcing. Automated pick-and-place handles components from 01005 passives to fine-pitch BGAs. Testing options include AOI, X-ray, ICT, functional test and boundary scan. Prototype through production volumes.
Turnkey Assembly
Complete service: PCB fabrication, component procurement, assembly, testing and shipping. You provide design files and BOM — we deliver tested assemblies. BOM review identifies component availability risks before the build begins.
Low Volume Assembly
Prototype and small-batch assembly from 1 to 500 boards. Same equipment and quality standards as production. Turnkey, consigned or partial turnkey options. Ideal for prototype validation, pilot production and niche products.
